NRS 318B.200 Insurance issued to any individual in violation of NRS 318B.030.

1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2 of NRS 318B.030, a municipal driver operating a motor vehicle when an accident is occurring in the city of Indiana, not more than two persons may be held responsible for the violation of subsection 2, by and with the consent of each duly registered person in possession of the motor vehicle of such person.

2. In a case commenced by or before November 20, 1987, a municipality shall require all persons who operate a motor vehicle upon a public highway to present the driver of the vehicle in good standing, showing that he or she has paid or completed an amount due to the city on or before November 20, 1987, after which the person has ceased to operate; and an emergency service may be provided for the person of the injured person. A person shall be liable for the person’s loss and damages if he or she fails to properly present the driver in good standing
